Then client sent me the picture, from the picture, we can see it is made of recycled pulp paper, not virgin paper. That is one reason of the cost. Until now, I know I found out the reason. The hand towel and the bar/beverage napkins are totally not the same products. The hand towel paper is not strong and tough, it is usually to use clean up the water from the hands, it is strong wet strength, the basic weight of it is usually 25gsm, 32,36, 38, 40gsm. But of course, the basic weight is not just there, it can be other customized weight.
But bar napkins, the size is usually is 9*9inch, it is used to wipe the mouth, not so strong as the hand towel. The basic weight usually is 15gsm, 16gsm, 18gsm, which are the common used. From here, you can see the hand towel and the napkins are totally not same. The clients do not know what exactly of the pictures they said, and some clients are not familiar with the pictures. So this will lead to the gap between the clients and the supplier.
